The Delaware Center for Horticulture (DCH) is a membership based horticultural resource organization. Founded in 1977 by volunteers, DCH improves the quality of life in Delaware by promoting knowledge and appreciation of gardening, horticulture and conservation. DCH is proud of its continuing heritage of “Cultivating a Greener Community” creating a greater sense of community and improving the quality of life through gardening.
DCH’s programs focus on the greening of our urban environment and include educational programs for children, teens and adults, and community gardens, public landscaping, roadside beautification, tree programs and special events.
DCH is located in Wilmington, one block north of Trolley Square and Delaware Avenue on North Dupont Street (behind Happy Harry’s).
