Week-long summer camps for elementary school age children are being planned for this coming June. For more information please contact Sarah Deacle, Education Manager, at (302) 658-6262, ext. 36 or sbdeacle@dehort.org

2005 Details:
Teacher Emily Cassidy explored gardening through hands-on activities, stories, poetry, and art. Environmental science, crafts, take-home projects, and snacks will be part of each day’s activities. Come for the morning or afternoon session, or both! Afternoon session campers bring bag lunch. Supervised play available in aftercamp until 5:30 p.m.

A Week in the Garden I, 9 a.m. to Noon

Plants and Animals (with the Brandywine Zoo), Noon to 3 p.m.

Aftercamp, 3 – 5:30 p.m.

Members: $115/week single session, $165/week both sessions, Aftercamp $50/week.

Nonmembers: $145/week single session, $195/week both sessions, Aftercamp $50/week.
